Shane and his crew were punctual, had effective communication, and were extremely efficient in their work. My front porch had some unforeseen problems that they were able to solve within minutes: Shane had to drive over an hour to get specific material, and they still completed the job day-of. Most impressive of all, their attention to detail… truly impeccable.

Shane gave a comprehensive estimate for a porch rebuild, a porch repair, and tuckpointing on the garage. Scheduling was quick and easy. The crew did amazing work, were polite, and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with the work and service provided!

I had a hole in the side of my house from the bricks disintegrating among other issues. Modern Brick came out the day I called. Sean took his time and thoroughly inspected the entire house. He was very honest and knowledgeable about the issues that needed to be repaired. I hired them and they started the work Monday and completed the job by Wednesday. Sean and Shane came on Wednesday to do a final inspection of the work. They did a great job and I could not be happier. I would highly recommend them. Thank you guys again!!
