Modern Brick

The work was done ontime and the brick work looks great.

I have to say that everything was addressed as written and agreed to in the quote, plus a couple extra items found along the way. We were very impressed with the not only the way the brick layers worked together but the way they managed the project and process while keeping us well informed as they proceed thru the plan. They were very professional and friendly every time we talked. The finial product was very high quality and definitely improved the value of our home. Last year, Shane did some brick repair on my chimney. The work crew was courteous, knowledgeable , repaired the chimney quickly and beautiful. They came promptly as promised and cleaned up afterwards when the job was done. This year after a big storm one of the chimney caps blew off. Shane had his work crew come out the same day I called and the cap was was put back in its proper place. Again I was impressed with the work crew politeness and efficiency. Excellent work!

I discussed project (chimney flue/crown issue) with Shane, whom I felt very comfortable with. He explained the work to be done and provided Proof of Insurance and Licensing at the time of the Estimate/Quote. The Crew (Sean and Ramon) who did the work on my chimney were professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a VERY HOT day, and the crew worked through the heat and did the job as it was discussed and agreed. Also, there was no surprises; the price was the price. Shane and his crew were punctual, had effective communication, and were extremely efficient in their work. My front porch had some unforeseen problems that they were able to solve within minutes: Shane had to drive over an hour to get specific material, and they still completed the job day-of. Most impressive of all, their attention to detail… truly impeccable.
