"Prime Time Restoration literally saved me from having to live in the middle of a construction site inside my family room. I called Prime Time after another previously hired contractor left a 16 foot square hole of dirt, concrete and broken tile in the center of my home, and refused to return. Prime Time came to my home within 90 minutes of my initial call, immediately noticed my distress over an unlivable situation, diagnosed my problem, gave me a written estimate, provided me with a time-line for completion, answered tens of questions and promised to return the next day. By 7:45am the next morning they had arrived. They worked 15 hours, without a break, clearing away 350 square feet and 2400 lbs of broken tile, dirt and and debris. The next business day they were back prepping the floor and laying new concrete. They were even kind enough to answer questions about their product, in writing, in order to satisfy my hardwood floor installer. They were polite, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely kind to my children, especially my three year old daughter and 12 month old son who thought they were there to play.
