I had purchased a prefabricated swim/spa unit and I was looking for someone to do the site preparation work required to install the spa in ground. Gary made a site visit and shortly thereafter he provided a very detailed and competitive estimate for the project. He and his crew evacuated an area in the yard, poured a concrete slab, and build a cement block retaining wall which will house the spa. He also dug the trenches and installed PVC conduit for the water and electrical connections. The site prep work was completed. Everything looks great and the work was recently approved by the local building inspector. The spa/pool is schedule to be installed next week and I look forward to Gary and crew returning and completing the finished masonry and stone work around the unit."

"I originally had contracted to have my chimney repointed. The mason alerted Paul Whigham to the fact that there was damage to my second story roofing. -- which they showed me. I contracted for them to replace all of my roofing and gutters. Thankfully, I did so. When they removed the second story roofing there was a great amount of rotted wood -- so they had to replace the "boarding" for that story. (The roofing was only 18 years old but apparently not a "good job" when done at that time). I found the crews to be extremely punctual, meticulous about their work, and very polite. All debris was totally cleaned up and taken away. I also found Paul to be extremely honest when it came to pricing and also about the additional work that was needed (Ie, replacing the second story boards, etc.). Overall, although an unexpected experience, a good one."

Starting from the time they started to break a part of the old patio until they left and the cement had been poured all over. It took Stars of America five days to complete the work! This company produces work so remarkable and at such low and reasonable price that I would like to keep them as a secret source for my own greedy hands, but as you all know, they have had stunning evaluations/feedback left on their behalf. "We called on a Saturday and they were at the house within an hour or so. Incredible on its own. Our heating system people Petrol do mot clean chimneys. They tell you to hire your own people to do it and then call them when it s been done so they can fix the issues on the furnace. The people they reccomwmed to us, Guaranteed , came over and gave us a quote of $3600 to fix and repair the chimney. We told them we had to think about it and the salesman ( who acted exactly like used car salesman) got pissed and started telling us this was going to happen and that was goig to happen if we didn t fix it immediately. Well we don t do well with pushy high pressure salesman so we called this company. Super nice people. They worked hard and fast and even got rid of a squirrel nest we had in the chimney and unblocked the entire chimney and replaces the liner down to the furnace. They charged us $2400 which was more than fair considering g the other party started at 3600 and when we told them we were going to think about it they immediately went down to 3200. Great company. I would recommend them to anyone in need of chimney service. They also do gutters and roofs a d roof leaks. We will be calling them for a roof quote soon. 100% company. And I m super tough on referrals by nature."
