He was courteous and did an excellent job explaining the helical piers capabilities and installation process and answered all my questions. The installers, Luis & Fabian, worked diligently, treated my lawn and landscaping with care (using plywood under the mini at all times), and were always courteous. They seemed very experienced with the pier installation and were very proficient with the installation.
