"Just do it. Just hire them. We are general contractors in Los Angeles but we needed a very complicated job done in Detroit so we hired Ready Dig Excavation. Imagine hiring somebody to demo and haul 40 tons of concrete slab when you have never looked them in the eye? Thankfully we hired Frank because there were shocking unforeseen problems. They even tuck-pointed some bricks further down the chimney that weren't part of the rebuild. The chimney looks great and Modern did it all in one day."
