Absolutely one of the worst cleaning experiences I?ve ever had! I hired this company for a deep clean before move-in, and I truly regret it. Within minutes of walking barefoot, our feet turned black ? that?s how dirty the floors still were. Every cabinet and drawer was dusty, sticky, and clearly untouched. Instead of moving in, I?ve had to spend hours cleaning what I already paid them to do. To make things even worse, they showed up an hour late and then asked us to go out and buy paper towels for them. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I had sent them every bit of information ? videos, photos, and property details ? ahead of time, so there?s absolutely no excuse. This service was an enormous waste of time, energy, and money. They?re expensive, unreliable, and don?t take pride in their work. I wouldn?t recommend this company to anyone ? save yourself the headache and find a team that actually delivers on what you?re paying for.

The contractor provided a quote and time to complete the job and ar the end overcharged us. Also this contractor denied to provide an invoice for the services. Jana is very unprofessional and won't recommend it to nobody.

I have hired many cleaning companies over the years and this is the best by far. They work incredibly hard and efficiently! They are careful with your items but still clean as if it is their own home. They do an excellent job and when they are at my house I know the results will be spectacular. Their work ethic and attention to detail are unmatched. Best in the business!

This was a difficult job, but the cleaners tackled every project with a positive attitude. I am very pleased with the results. I will schedule regular cleanings in the future with Easy Top cleaning company.
