"Roy explained 3 types of cleaning services. Since I hadn't cleaned my chimney in 7 years I chose the most expensive cleaning method that cost $400. Just a regular cleaning is $145. I checked another service provider who offered this same basic cleaning for 185.00. Roy came out a few days of my call when the other had a 2-3 week wait due to the holiday season. Roy had no problem waiting 20 minutes for the co-owner of my house to drive over and decide on what service would be chosen. I am very weary of household service providers taking advantage of me, as a single woman, so I was cautious of Roy initially. Well, he befriended my dogs who laid with him to get pets and educated me all about chimney stuff. I figured, if my dogs liked him, he was an okay guy. So I decided to trust him and ended up purchasing the $400 service cleaning. The best part about the service was that Roy was really funny. He had me laughing so hard that no sound was coming out.
