His mowing pattern was different than the pattern I had always used. And he varies it. We very much like it. I rank his performance with the trimming and edging of our lawn at the superior level. Finest I ever ever observed. His removal of leaves form our lawn and house gutters has been outstanding. Also, from a front garden, he expertly removed three large shrubs and prepared the soil for flower planting. In addition, a couple of spots in our lawn were in need of sodding. He accomplished that project with perfection. Alex maintains a multitude of lawn care equipment. "Our roof & siding were cleaned. After the cleaning, our house looks almost new. The technician covered areas of landscape that he thought would be affected by the cleaning solution spray. If you have plants or bushes close to your home, it is important to request that they be covered. The technician will know if the shrubbery will be affected. The technician sprayed the bushes around our home with water after the cleaning to eliminate any burning of the foliage on the bushes. We are pleased with with our overall experience from beginning to end."

I ended up apologizing to the technician since the vents were SO bad. He had dust just raining down on him! He was very professional, polite and had a sense of humor. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. He let me take photos of everything so I could show my husband. He was also meticulous, vacuumed everything up as he went along. I had all vents/returns done as well as the dryer vent. I also had the system sanitized due to my allergies. Will be calling them again next year for the dryer vent and in three years for the entire house."

"The Elite Home Services Technician was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Firstly, the Technician performed an inspection of the furnace. He quickly pointed out that the furnace HVAC Air Filter was not installed correctly and he took the time to explain why it was critical to install it correctly for it to work properly. That was quite an awakening for myself & my son who recently inherited the home. Next, he pointed out the years of dust & debris build up inside of the main air duct, which was blowing back into the home’s breathable air. This all made sense, because my son’s home was recently renovated. Lastly, the Technician completed a thoroughly vacuuming and cleaning of the duct work, as well as, he cleaned each in-take vent cover. It was quite a pleasure working with Elite Home Services and the Technician. I was so impressed with the workmanship, that I will be using the company to clean my home’s ducts next year."
