He returned my initial call for an estimate, he showed up, answered all my questions and gave me a very fair price for the job. They installed new hardwood floor and refinished existing hardwood floors. They also did new railings with new stairs that they built. All new trim work including crown molding, baseboard, chair rail etc. they installed new interior doors as well. They were very clean and professional throughout this project. He was actually the only one who prioritized this work to meet our emergency need among the contractors whom I had contacted. He also fixed all the others damaged by the burglars. "Honest, responsive and reliable. Lincoln was initially hired to replace/repair rotten facia boards . They wrapped the existing boards in aluminum while replacing rotten sections as needed. I requested additional unplanned work to remove siding from bay windows and to repair and paint the underneath trim. Al is quite personable and he made every effort to ensure that I was satisfied with the work being done. Just to add that Luis, his assistant, is an excellent craftsman. Lincoln prices were reasonable andwould certainly consider them for future projects."

"I needed aluminum railing for the retaining wall of the driveway. Julio Escobar at J&E Painting and Powerwashing gave me a good quote. The team arrived on the set date and did most of the work in a day. I had specific requirements for the railing and I was pleased that the team followed my instructions closely. They came two days later, after a heavy snowstorm that precluded any outdoor work, to finish the job. The railing looks great just like I wanted it. I will definitely consider hiring them again for powerwashing and painting of the house."
