"Mad City did a fantastic job. They removed my old bathtub and tile and installed a beautiful bath surround. I chose Arctic Ice for the pattern. It is beautiful. Love the practicality of the easy-to-clean surface. The faucet and grab bars are attractive, too. I got the metal shelves, which I like a lot. Highly recommend!"

"Chad, Rick and the team worked tirelessly to deliver the highest quality of customer service. From the beginning of the remodel to the end they listened to our needs and helped us make good decisions as we remodeled our lake home kitchen. They planned a kitchen with a center island, coffee bar and cabinets we would have never expected to have space for. It all turned out wonderful. They also helped us narrow down the many choices for countertop and backsplash paying attention to our budget. Chad, Rick and team are great communicators and work well together. We are so thankful to have had them do our remodel. They are a truly outstanding team who care about the customer as well as their work."

The crew was very respectful of my property, and made extra effort to work around one specific garden area that was directly beneath a difficult part of the eaves. The paint colors and products they helped me select are perfect and precisely met me and my wife's expectations of quality, coverage and aesthetics."

"I received several bids to reface our kitchen and family room fireplace surround. I chose Pinecraft not just for the reasonable bid, but because of John's experience, creativity and enthusiasm. He created wonderful new doors and drawers for our kitchen cabinets. He made a custom desk/stereo cabinet for one section of our kitchen that turned out beautifully. John also completely transformed our hideously dated fireplace, bookshelves, and bannister. Our house looks amazing - like new!
