"Recently, I decided to have my kitchen remodelled. My existing oak cabinets were in sound condition but looking very dated - think 80's. I wanted to have a much more modern, brighter look and had a rough idea of what I was looking for. Not having any previous experience in this type of project I asked several different contractors for estimates. I am very happy that one of these was The Contractors, Inc. Omar replied to my request very quickly and within twenty four hours Jon Engel had visited me to discuss my detailed requirements and provide me with a firm estimate. I was immediately impressed with his straightforwardness and also liked the samples he brought along from which I was able to select the style I wanted. Unfortunately I had to keep him waiting for a week until the other companies I contacted provided their bids. These did not prove to be competitive. One of them was a household name company which I was sure would do a very good job for me. However, for about same price which they quoted me for just refacing the existing cabinets, Jon was able to offer three additional cabinets and a completely new Silestone countertop to straddle two of them. It was a no-brainer! I signed up with The Contractors, Inc., right away. Within a couple of days, Jeremiah came out to get exact measurements and surprisingly quickly (not much more than a couple of weeks, I think), Alex and Carlos arrived to tackle the job. Omar had figured the job would take two days, but these guys arrived at 8:00am and worked really hard and well all day long and got everything completed by 7:00pm the same day. These two guys are real professionals and did an absolutely beautiful job for me. They also left my place very clean and tidy. I am now enjoying my beautiful "new" kitchen. I would be very, very happy to recommend Alex and Carlos individually and The Contractors, Inc., for any remodelling work. They can't be beaten for the combination of quality and price."

"I needed a repair on a 17-foot ceiling, over a right-angle set of stairs, and had sought quotes from multiple websites (companies and brokers, or lists). Only two prospective hires responded. One from a different broker was unable to quote due to a car accident. The other respondent was Navids Construction team, who from start to finish was courteous, thoughtful, and professional. They were very careful not to harm or dirty my home or its contents. Most importantly, they practiced very safe construction...safe for the team and safe for my family. In consideration for my family, since the scaffolding had to stretch across widely spread banisters/railing they chose to get the work done in one day, to prevent my family from needing to walk under the scaffolding that night and next morning,. The repair was excellent: a new piece of sheetrock, smooth mudding, and paint. I will definitely hire Navids Construction again."
