He was quick to answer my inquiry, followed up and rescheduled without a problem when I had to change dates at the very last minute. He was punctual and professional and cleaned, what I thought to be the “un-cleanable” - a large microfiber sectional that I had relinquished to my large hound after claiming defeat. Not only was the the work fast and excellent, but after they had finished and cleaned their machine, I remembered that I had another handful of large cushions that I had long ago taken off the couch and put away.
