Bricks and mortar were not lowered by bucket. They were thrown from roof onto a tarp damaging grass and soil below. Also, dangerous. Wasn't notified of this method otherwise would have covered grass and deck with cardboard to lessen impact. Minor deck damage."

Took photos before and after to show what they did. Noticed broken gutters (I was aware of this issue, but had forgotten about it). Offered to repair those and I accepted.
