One never responded, one was too much $, and the other guy told me 4x he'd stop by and I never saw him (and each time I called he didn't know who I was). Juan from Halo called back the same day. Texted him pictures of the house and he responded with a reasonable price. At my request, he called and explained the entire process. He arrived on the agreed day and not only power washed the house, but all my pavers (backyard, sides of house, driveway, front and back steps, door mats, my sidewalk and my neighbor's sidewalk). He was here way longer than he should have been. Told me the price was the same, but I gave him a bit more. It's like having a new house!"

Took photos before and after to show what they did. Noticed broken gutters (I was aware of this issue, but had forgotten about it). Offered to repair those and I accepted.
