The associate who was on site and performed the landscaping was great. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. The project was scheduled in a very timely manner. Providing prompt reponses to queries is an area for improvement.

I have nothing but good words for this company and its owner, David. I had stone steps installed in early 2025 and did a fantastic job. I had one stone come loose right after our last snow and I contacted David about it. He sent someone out in less than a week to repair it. And recently, I contacted them to do a spring clean-up, redo a garden with the addition of a retaining wall, and to install stone steppers on a hill. From start to finish, it was professionalism all the way. David was very prompt in putting the proposal together and after I agreed with the terms, he got me on the schedule for work to be done in less than 3 weeks. The team was extremely nice, courteous, prompt. I would highly recommend this company.

I recently hired Pro Landscapes to completely redesign our front yard, including new plantings and the installation of brick edging, and the results are absolutely phenomenal. Couldn't be happier and easily give them a five-star rating. David's communication was great during the whole process.

I needed some stone patio repair in short order as I was moving. Dave came out to the site immediately to quote the job. He gave me a couple different options to choose from and pricing was favorable compared to the competitors. He quickly sourced matching stone, rearranged his crews’ schedules to get my job done, and his team did high quality work fast. Highly recommend.

I am very satisfied with the repair work that was done on my patio pavers, the downspout burial/extensions, the laying of sod along the right side of my driveway and front street curb as well as the removal of a large 15 foot arborvitae tree and its replacement with a 4 foot tall dragon lady holly tree. What initially sold me on using Pro Landscape was the professionalism displayed by David the owner and his companies proposals to include cost edstimates which were much more detailed and easily understood than other contractors I met with. Further, when speaking with other members of his staff they were professional and friendly each time I interacted with them. I will definitely use ProLandscape again when the need arises.

First off his invoice was added incorrectly which caused me not to complete the whole project. His math was off appropriately $506.00 and when I brought it to his attention, I could not afford to complete the project. Next when his crew put in the drain it was so high no water could get into the drain, causing my yard to not drain as he indicated. We agreed that he should have a crew come out and Corrie, which again charging me for. When the crew came out to correct their mistake,they made such a mess in my yard. I called and complained , Mr Nutter sent a crew out and stated no charge to me and they hopefully corrected their mistakes and I agreed to pay the $131. Which Mr Nutter asked for after telling me it was no charge. I will attached my photos to the form

Pro Landscapes is the right decision. I had some needed yard repairs and they came in a clutch. David was great and very professional. If you have landscaping needs, this is the team that gets it done.

Rough doesn't even begin to describe the condition of my townhouse backyard. That is probably too kind a word. With the awful winter of snow and ice and the addition of a puppy who, to my dismay, loves to dig, I was left with a mud pit. I emailed Pro Landscapes on Friday, March 14th. David Nutter, president of Pro Landscapes called me on Saturday to discuss my needs. By Sunday, March 15th he sent me a very detailed proposal that included identified plants and drawings of what my renewed backyard would look like. On the 27th, a team of four men arrived at my house. They worked nonstop, completing the job by 4:00 PM. They were friendly, hardworking, diligent, and knowledgeable. By the end of the day, my backyard was transformed. The wow factor had returned. I can’t express my delight and satisfaction with an incredibly well-done job. If I could give David and his team more than five stars, I would. Communication was essential to the flawlessly executed upgrade of my small backyard.
