After hearing the problem, Wendy put me in touch with Stan. Stan was on another job but indicated he likely could get to me around 1:30pm. Around 1:30pm he called to tell me he was on his way. He was able to correct the problem in the Security System, which was not arming. Overall I had an excellent experience."

A different provider had quoted me an $800-1000 project and said I needed Cat 6 cabling for ethernet, when really my existing Cat 5E was fine.
