"Rob was very professional, honest and gave us good advice. I never felt he was "up-selling" - in fact he gave us every option that would save us in the long run and enable us to use equipment we had when possible. I liked the fact that Rob himself did the system assessment/troubleshooting and recommendations along with an installer from his team. I would highly recommend Rob and in fact have already given his name to a friend. The install of our new TV and wall mount by Dan went well and we are very happy with everything. I will definitely use Rob again for future needs."
