He was extremely patient and so tolerant of my lack of understanding to navigate streaming channels, a new remote, etc. The tv was wall mounted with hidden wires and all the set up was completed for me. I felt the cost was more than fair. I would highly recommend Ty for any similar project. I am beyond satisfied."
