"They did a great job surveying my lot and marking the property lines. I have a contractor coming very soon to put up a fence so I needed to know where the property lines are. I had offers from several surveyors but M. T. Adams could come the soonest, so I chose them (they also happened to be the lowest cost). "Stas Berdichevsky performed excellent service for our small Condominium Association (five units consisting of two buildings). Stas evaluated a "dangerous" looking bulge in the foundation of one of our building, and assured us that there is nothing to worry about (with detailed explanations that everybody could understand). On the other hand, Stas correctly identified as potentially catastrophic the very bad state of our girder-support columns (Lolly columns in the basement), and suggested immediate replacement. Overall, our Condo Assn was very satisfied, not only with the very professional service but also with the very reasonable fee."
