What an amazing experience we had working with Jerry at StoneWall Landscapes! Jerry is an excellent communicator and problem solver, both in the quote phase as well as the execution phase of the project. As a non-expert in the paving and drainage departments, I have some rough ideas of what needs to get done, but Jerry made it into a reality with lots of great options and their pros and cons. We love our new permeable parking space and privacy fence, as well as our renovated drywell and the solving of a drainage problem caused by some new construction last year. Throughout the project Jerry provided excellent communication and workmanship. Jerry was on-site very frequently and personally handled the excavation. I think that great independent businesses often come down to one great individual; Jerry is that guy. We would work with Jerry again in a heartbeat.

Jerry and his team replaced a retaining wall that had begun to lean into our driveway. From start to finish, Jerry displayed respect, enthusiasm, integrity, expert know-how & flexibility. It was importantly to me that this wall last beyond my lifetime and be beautiful. I wanted my adjacent neighbors to feel respected, heard and included in the planning and execution. During the planning process, Jerry sent me tons of pictures to help me decide which look and construction I wanted. He brought different stones that I could see and touch. He explained the deconstruction and reconstruction process in meticulous detail. The proposal and contract was clear and detailed. The price was fair and within our budget. The project was completed within the time frame. Jerry and his team delivered on all fronts! My family and my wonderful neighbors are happy with the new wall. It is truly beautiful. I love seeing the real stone. I will be happy every time I pull into the driveway.

Jerry was excellent to work with - knowledgable, communicative, professional, flexible and hard working. The team cleaned up after themselves every evening, came when they said they would come, and most importantly, did a wonderful job of rebuilding out stone retaining wall. We liked the work so much that we added on the project of replacing our very ugly concrete walkways with beautiful new pavers that make a huge difference in our small backyard.

Jerry at Stone Wall Landscapes installed a dry well and took a number of other measures to address major flooding in our basement from recent torrential rains. He was prompt, responsive, flexible and honest, and provided superb follow up and follow-through on all aspects of the work. The entire process was fully transparent. Jerry was on-site each day, and his crew was incredibly hardworking, efficient and neat. We have no further water backing up towards the house and entering our basement. I will not hesitate to use Stone Wall for any future needs, and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Jerry gave me the most detailed information and idea for our patio project from the very beginning even before we decided to work with them. He also gave me a pamphlet of pavers which helped me understand our project at lot. Since our house is built on the hill, we had concern about water coming in to the house especially since we have more rain in this summer. He gave us the idea of permeable pavers, and we are so happy that we installed that. We also had a broken concrete section that needed to be fixed and he took out that section and put retaining wall. The patio space was expanded and now it looks so beautiful. Jerry and his team were always punctual and worked very hard. Despite the difficulty of the project, the work was done in 3 days or so. The quote was the most detailed quote, and he was very clear about the cost of each task. Jerry was very friendly and very professional, and I really enjoyed working with him. We will definitely work with them again when we have next project.

Jerry worked with me to design and install front and backyard gardens with a beautiful stone patio and stone paths. His work is excellent and he knows his materials. He checked in with me along the way about decisions that needed to be made, even though that part was a bit stressful. I also appreciated his team because they were friendly and worked well together (and strong to deal with super rocky soil). We love walking the gardens several times a day and neighbors often stop to admire the beauty of the flowers and trees. We highly recommend Stonewall Pro.
