Their communication and follow through were just what I expected (excellent) but often find lacking here in Florida from other contractors. Bob came out and did a thorough diagnostic evaluation of our oven/range, overhead microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator and made what repairs could be done. He also detailed the reasons for non-repairable items that were needed for the insurance company. Very happy with the service and professionalism of our TECH-Bob."
