"Strong Builders did our screened in porch. Working with Jack was fantastic. As one of his previous review's states "renewed my faith in contractors" is absolutely true. He was punctual, had great communication, was clear and up-front about everything. His experience reflected in his work. He is meticulous but efficient. He clearly takes pride in his work. Probably the most bind-boggling thing is that he does the vast majority of the work himself and by himself. He knows the building codes in and out, which made getting permits approved as smooth as it gets in a county that is notorious for being difficult to build in. Jack refused to cut corners and confidently stands behind his work. We will absolutely hire him again and cannot recommend him more."

"This was quite a project - both my porch enclosed and a bay window replaced; I had very high expectations and I am very particular. "We recently finished a major home addition with LKS Construction, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Communication throughout the project was great. Anytime there were delays due to weather, materials, or inspections, Luiz explained what was going on and kept us in the loop. The quality of the work is excellent — they really know what they’re doing, and it shows in the finished product. The project did take alot longer than originally estimated, but it started in the winter and there were a few unavoidable delays along the way. Even so, the company handled challenges extremely well. They were especially impressive when problem-solving issues with subcontractors and working through some unexpected engineering challenges. Pricing was very fair compared to other contractors we spoke with, and we felt the costs were honest and reasonable for the quality of work delivered. We would absolutely recommend LKS Construction to others, and we plan to use them again."
