"I came to the link to share it with a friend who is looking for a contractor because I wanted to recommend her to Joseph and Sons and realized I have not written my review yet. I know is a late review though the feeling is the same :) I met with Angelo in the winter of 2019 - a tree had fallen over our roof, we had damage in different areas of the house including the deck. I will make it efficient for you guys; 1. They worked around my budget and went above and beyond 2. They cleaned up after themselves every time 3. Staff was extremely respectful. No music, or Loud conversations and absolutely nice. We enjoyed getting coffee for them and sweets for late afternoon snacks. 4. They will get the job done the way you have imagined it, not the way they think is best. 5. Angelo understands your needs and will help you get as much load off your shoulders as possible. 6. Clean finishes. Sharp paint skills. Detailed focused. 7. Angelo understands how the HOI works, and all the possible ways things could end up working out, so we were always prepared and the job came to finish under the full given budget by the HOI co. 7. I hired him for a few other things at home. 8. They did; new roof, full master bath reno, master wall, second bath ceiling, guest room wall+ceiling, kids room wall + ceiling, second-floor whole-way ceiling, kitchen ceiling, deck reno + pain, AC repairs, paint outside and inside, gutters. They are truly awesome, it was a blessing from heaven having them to help us deal with so much stuff. If I have more projects to do at home I will be calling Angelo again."

"Over the past year, Brayan and his team have become our go-to guys for any project in our homes. He repaired termite damage in our crawl space by replacing several support beams, removed all the wallpaper and painted our entire house (a long and challenging job) Most recently, he worked on our deck, power washing, replacing damage boards, sanding, and painting it. Now it looks brand new. Brayan always impresses us with the quality of his work. He is by far the most reliable and punctual professional we’ve ever worked with on home renovations. "Ken and Dave did an awesome job on the installation of my guest bathroom. They took their time making sure that everything was perfectly in place. In addition to being pleasant and personable, they took great pride in their work. "I originally hired Probilt to close in my deck but this project was delayed when we couldn't get a permit because the offices were closed due to the covid virus. Since I also wanted some updates to my bathroom, we went ahead with this project in the meantime. Raymond replaced my old bathroom sink with a new vanity, enclosed my washer & dryer, tiled my shower, replaced the shower door, replaced the toilet and installed Pergo flooring, That is only the basics. When Raymond does a job, you get more than this; you get a man who takes pride in his work and always goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy with the final result. You know I am happy with his work because he has already begun work on replacing my deck."

"I have used Patio Enclosures to enclose my front porch BOUT 8 Yrs ago, so when I realized through service magic that they do awnings, I called for an estimate. They came with samples and books of fabric I was able to get discounts and a good prices - in fact I added an awning to my back porch along with the front windows and porch. They was a slight problem with the installation (one of the pieces broke when it was being installed) a new part was ordered and installed within a week."

"I cannot tell you how much i love this company! From Nicole who schedules, to Kevin and Mike who complete jobs and their wonderful crew. They are fast, efficient and extremely reliable. We are a very large management company, and it never ceases to amaze me how I NEVER have to follow up with them to complete jobs. I submit at least 4-6 work orders with them for various things, from siding to garbage corral repairs to roofing issues, foundation repairs. I mean they can do anything you ask with clear communication and efficiency. 10/10 would recommend to anyone."

"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We just had a French drain installed along with a new sump pump and pit in our basement and had the floors epoxyed afterwards. The project manager, Kenny, was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning he explained everything that their team would be doing, gave me updates throughout the day. If I had a question or concern Kenny was patient with me and continued to make sure any questions/concerns were addressed, even telling me to call him if I thought of any other questions. Their crew was very respectful of the property by making sure to lay out tarps to protect the floors, and made all attempts to manage the noise since we were home. Whatever was left in the basement they made sure to cover and protect. And if something needed to be moved they moved it and moved it back. When it came time to lay down the epoxy there was a scheduling hiccup. Kenny though went out of his way to make it right by coming right after another job and staying late to make sure we're stayed on schedule since I was having out of town guests coming that weekend and needed access to the basement. Working with Select Basement, but especially Kenny, made this one of the best experiences and I highly recommend them. 10 out of 10!"
