Mario recently completed an extension project for us that consisted of closing off an alcove in our garage that served no purpose to us to add a home office that we access from the inside of our house as an extension to our living room. "Our house was built in 1912 so I needed a contractor who knew what he was doing. I took two rooms and made one big kitchen it wasnâ t an easy job. They had too take the walls down too the studs and the ceiling was originally 10ft high. Hernandez construction was professional everyone who works with them are the top in their field. Ron has great vision I told him what I wanted and he ran with it my kitchen is remarkable I never thought I would have such a beautiful kitchen. I also had them take down walls in my living room and opened up my house I would recommend them too anyone who needs any work done and I will have them come back to do my bathroom and laundry room. I not only came out of this experience with a great kitchen but I can also say Ron and the guys that work with him I can now call my friends and thatâ s huge."

"The work involved demolition of 400 sq ft garage and building out close to 1000 sq ft structure that included new garage, bed, bath, laundry/utility room. I took 5 quotes from different contractors and choose R & M Construction. Their quote was very detailed with down list items which gave me confidence that the team knew the job and could execute and how the cost was calculated and it gave me flexibility upgrade/downgrade listed items. During execution of the project, the team was very professional and did a great job! we lived in the house during construction and they were very accommodating. No hesitation in referring them."
