"Efrain and David are fantastic! When our contractor was suddenly unable to continue with the job, David took over with a great positive attitude. He persistently worked with the city to get the building permit, finally ending a tedious 10 month process. Crews were here working every day. Each one of them was considerate, conscientious, and demonstrated a strong work ethic. Efrain and David communicated with us most days and were always accessible to us.
