He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process -- design, excavation, installation -- and showed extraordinary patience as I went through my first renovations. He went out of his way to make sure I understood every choice I was making. He even took care of some minor things that were wrong with my apartment on his own (a door that didn't fit right, some exposed space in the bathroom) that weren't a part of the project.
