"We have difficulties with having contractors show up to look at the work that needs to be done. Lance called back the same day, and came out in a few days. We live in a log home and had found water damage in the logs. This was a small job for him but he didn't treat it that way. He and his team did an excellent job. His pricing was reasonable and we look forward to working with him again in 2026 for some more work that needs to be done."

"Garrett and his team removed a load bearing wall for us to create a larger living room. The job required demo, architect drawings, inspection, installing LVL beams, adding recessed lights, replacing wood flooring, and drywall. The whole job took about 4-5 weeks. Garrett walked us through the whole process and was always very prompt. If he said he would show up at 9 AM, he would show up at 9 AM. He was also very upfront about our costs?no surprises. Our new living room looks great! I highly recommend Garrett for any renovations!"

The cause of the flood was not at all what I had imagined, and Rob did an excellent job thoroughly and clearly explaining why my drainage systems were failing & what needed to be changed. He has a lifetime of experience as a professional home builder, and works with his sons--the opposite of a giant faceless business. I feel very confident in the work he did on my house & am happy to know that I can always contact him if I have questions or problems."
