Our small Bathroom, was supposed to take 3 weeks, the sales man promised a crew that was experienced, paid attention to detail, would be professional and that was not the experience we had. It took ten weeks! The ?Crew?had never worked for this company, they pounded holes into a closet behind the bathroom while taking down the Sheet rock. Tile was cut using a hand grinder the shower did not have proper underpayment put down before tile went in, the slope on the shower was incorrect and would never have drained, so they put second layer of tile over that. Of coarse that was never going to work. The shower tile was put up and torn out three times. They did fix all the mistakes in the end, but why was everything done wrong from the start. I would not recommend this company it was a very stressful experience.
