"Dennis, Citywide Customs Renovations did an outstanding job with our â Custom built bathroom renovations.â Original Shower totally removed. Area expanded utilizing the entire space for huge walk-in shower, folding bench seat, multiple grab bars, two in one shower heads. Quality materials. Light fixtures upgraded. Additional cabinets installed; Barn Door installed to replace door from master bedroom into bathroom. Dennis also installed a screen door on the door in the garage leading into the house. We are so pleased with Dennisâ level of expertise, communication & customer service. Citywide Custom Renovations made sure the work areas & walk areas to the work station were protected prior to working & cleaned each day prior to leaving. "Before beginning this project, we did our due diligence and interviewed many contractors. Efren Estrada was the only one to present us with plans, multiple options of how to proceed, and going through the proper channels of securing the proper permits. Being our first ever time doing remodeling, communication was always open to see what materials we liked; flooring, shower tiles, sinks, doors, etc. He was able to work within our budget and build us a great home addition (garage conversion). The only small issue and not Efren’s fault, was the time to complete the project. Getting permits, Inspection scheduling, scheduling gas to be shut and having to reschedule to turn on definitely added more time onto the project but in the end we are very pleased with how it turned out. We will definitely be doing business with him in the future."
