"Francisco and his team in Homeimprove Construction were a pleasure to work with. This was my fiance and my 3rd remodeling experience. We remodeled 3 bathrooms, the kitchen, the living room, and the laundry room. I m so glad we hired Francisco. We worked with a 3-D designer and we gave the plan to Francisco who made them a reality. He was easy to get in contact with and very responsive by phone and text. During any design decisions, he always made sure to check in with what we wanted. He was flexible and a very reasonable person. He works with many renovation experts and knows the right people to call for electrical, custom cabinets, tile work, and roofing and engineering. My fiancé and I are very particular perfectionists and everything was completed to the highest degree of workmanship. After the project was completed we noticed a slight problem in one of the bathrooms and within one day he and his team were back there and quickly addressed it with no hassle. "Peter and his crew were just great. Good communication from Peter, his office, and the workers throughout the project. Peter was the only contractor of five that I enlisted with Service Magic that said I should have a permit for my windows from the city of Arvada. All the others said it was not necessary. Peter mentioned the cost was minimal to do this, but it gave me an extra layer of security that they did the project right. Anymore, if you don't pull a city municipality permit for your project it could come back later as a nightmare when you go to sell the home. The new buyers will require that you document this. D. "Henry sprayed acoustic/painted bedroom ceiling, hallway and bathroom. He also sprayed 3 bedroom doors. I was home while he worked and would come ask for my inspection each step of the way to ensure I was 100% satisfied. He was punctual, thorough, and completely cleaned up when he was done. Henry was there to do this small job none of the bigger drywall/paint companies were interested. It's fair to say his work is as good if not better than previous paint/drywall work I've had done in the past by "specialists". Without a doubt I'll use his services again in the future."

"Hello, my wife and I have been 4 Seasons sunroom owners since 2002 and want to share our experience over that time. We went to the Arlington Convention Center for an Outdoor Living and Garden show and that's where we met JP and I believe Robert who was with him. We were struck by their knowledge, sincerity, as well as a willingness to answer all questions and encouraging us to ask if we had more. After reviewing several other companies, we made the decision to go with JP and 4 Seasons. We could not have been more pleased. From the initial detailing of the specs to tearing down the old patio to putting the sunroom and extended patio, they kept us informed of the progress. When it was finally done, they gave us a show and tell on it and again emphasized that they were there anytime we had questions or needed help. Over the years, we thoroughly enjoyed the sunroom. During summer, when the nieces and nephews were young, turn on the AC and let them romp around. Come evening, cook out food in the outdoor patio or sit and enjoy. During winter, we switched to heat and continued to enjoy it. However, in addition to this what really, really made the whole experience so enjoyable was the way JP and his entire team treated us. Whether it was a simple question or needing work, they made us feel welcome and valued from the first phone call. Earlier this year, the AC/Heater unit started giving problems. After finding a comparable model, we again reached out to JP to get the new unit installed. As with previous calls, his team handled it very courteously. They had a backlog due to COVID but were still very professional. We got it scheduled and the unit was replaced. From JP, the front desk, to the installers they have sent through the years, every one has made us feel valued. It is very nice knowing they're there when you need them and that they provide responsive and professional service. We can't say enough about that intangible. We are glad we made the decision to go with 4 Seasons. We have recommended them over the years and as long as we receive this kind of service, we will continue to do so. "The Texas February 2021 winter storm resulted in a ruptured dishwasher pipe that caused substantial water damage to our house hardwood and kitchen tile floors. As a result, the dining room, hallway, kitchen, master bedroom, and living room floors needed to be replaced. The ServPro Team removed the drywall and baseboards to dry the areas. I researched numerous companies to repair the damage and also visited the HomeAdvisor website. Out of all the companies recommended by HomeAdvisor, Mr. Shadi Natour President of Memar Contractors group reached out to me and offered a free repair quote. I advised him that I would call him back. I researched the company, reviews, his credentials, and LinkedIn account. After my research, Mr. Natour and his company stood head and shoulders above any other companies and competitors. I contacted Mr. Natour and hired his company to repair our house. He worked with our insurance adjuster and provided all insurance documentation. In addition, he visited our home on a daily basis to check on the repair progress. He also called, send texts, pictures, and videos. The house repairs were completed 2 weeks ahead of schedule. The repairs consisted of: storing furniture, replacing drywall and insulation, glued hardwood floors removal and replacement, kitchen tile removal and replacement, kitchen wallpaper removal with texture, removing, installing kitchen cabinets and appliances. The dishwasher and sink were professionally removed and installed by a licensed plumber. The first floor was completely repainted along with the installation of 3-inch painted baseboards. After the repairs, Mr. Natour hired a professional cleaning company to clean the house resulting in a spotless ready to move in environment. In short, a completely professional top-notch turnkey job. I highly recommend Mr. Shadi Natour and his company Memar Contractors Group and proudly rate them five gold stars."
