  Comment: We have three major areas that need fixing. The chimney/fireplace is the most urgent because it leaks water into the living room during heavy rain. The next project is the upstairs shower had a non-water proof window installed that started to rot. It’s been covered with a trash bag and tyvek tape, but it is an eye sore and needs to be fixed. The last is the unfinished laundry room and storage area under the stairs to the basement. We’d like to finish the laundry room so that it feels like a cohesive part of the house.
