    "I would like to say that Mike is a very hard-working man. He puts everything he has into making sure the job is done right. He made my bathroom look like a showroom even though I have an old house from 1937 that doesnâ  t have straight walls. There were many challenges, but Mike worked them all out. Everything in the bathroom was replaced. First, he relocated my toilet. This was not an easy task as the cast iron stack arm in the basement had to be cut and moved over with new plumbing. Next the plumbing was moved for the new sink to accommodate the new toilet position. The electrical had to be moved as well. He also took the cast iron tub and tile out of the shower and replaced with new. He textured walls and installed new flooring. The bathroom looks great and couldnâ  t have asked for a better contractor."

    "I searched on Angi for a gutter filter company on Sunday, after we received an unprecedented amount of rain. Due to the wooded plot of land my home is on, the gutters were full of leaves and debris, causing the rain to flow over and pool near my foundation. I looked at various gutter solutions and have Leaf Filter at my other home. Bobby, from Home Defender Remodeling called me Sunday and came out the same day. He showed me the product, very similar to Leaf Filter, but at an extremely reasonable cost. He made a few calls and had a crew install the entire system on Monday - my gutters were cleaned out and protected within one day of me calling. With the various pitches and complexities of the roof and gutters, I expected that it would take more than one day to complete. I was pleasantly surprised by the installers quick work and professionalism. Now I cannot wait for the next rain to see the system in action.
