"I initially hired Montblanc to install the flooring in my kitchen remodel..they did a fantastic job, they were about business to ensure everything was done right. The customer service was outstanding and their pricing was excellent. "Love my updated kitchen! Meidan is a fantastic project manager. He communicates frequently and timely. I was never left waiting on information or unsure of next steps or progress from the very first inquiry to the last day of the project. He also went above and beyond taking me to some locations to narrow in cabinetry and other materials. The designer was helpful in narrowing down my design choices (from appliances to paint color to tile and fabric), and encouraged me into some elements I wouldn't have done on my own and easily became my favorite parts! The job site crew worked efficiently, and did beautiful work installing cabinets for an eat in kitchen, and a custom pantry that works as a bar for me. Plus new countertops, sink, faucet and backsplash. They were very nice and the unit was kept tidy and clean each day which I so appreciated as I lived at home during the project. "I inherited a house that sat unmaintained for 30 years. It was essentially an eyesore and needed major repairs. I hired Andre Costa of Elite Painting & Remodeling LLC and he essentially breathed new life into the house and transformed it into a gorgeous property. The transformation is incredible! He explained all the repairs that were necessary so there were no surprises. He demoed + replaced the entire kitchen - the countertops, the cabinets, the butcher's block, the sink and all appliances. All was updated extremely professionally and beautifully. It is now amazing and bright. He replaced the bathroom toilets, tubs and vanities. Repaired the plumbing and fixed the tile. They are now updated and sleek. He even fixed my electrical issues and repainted the entire house. It came out so beautifully. It looks like a designer planned it. Truly tasteful. I am completely satisfied with his level of expertise and craftsmanship. I recommend him without reservation. Best of all, he came in on budget. I now have a stunning home instead of a complete eyesore. I was able to rent it within a month of completion of repairs. I am absolutely thrilled with his work. "Our floors look incredible. We're very happy with how quickly the demo for the existing tile and installation of new tile went. There were a few bumps in the process but Dimas was very responsive in helping resolve any issues. The contractors left our house pretty messy (with dust, nails, trash) and we had to ask them to come back out a few times to clean up. Dimas ended up sending out a separate cleaning company to clean up which we were very happy with. Our biggest issue was the state they left our newly painted walls in. We had just painted our entire house before having our floors installed (in hindsight I definitely don't recommend doing things in this order) and they left them with several scrapes and dings in each room. We now have to have our entire house repainted. They didn't really take responsibility for the condition of the walls and even said it wasn't their fault. For those of you who have just painted or don't plan on repainting after flooring installation, I'd caution you with using this company. Otherwise, they did a great job with our floors."
