"Edgar did a great job on cleaning and painting all of my fascia and sofit on my house. He also replaced a small section of the fascia that was rotten and needed to be repaired. In addition, he also did a great job at pressure cleaning some sections of the outside walls of my home which are stucco and had stains on them. Edgar was extremely polite, courteous and was there promptly each morning at the time he said and worked straight through the day. He always was very organized, meticulous with his work and cleaned up thoroughly each day. "The BEST handyman ever! I am a property manager so I’ve had my fair share of small repair projects and have met numerous handymen. Yet Luis is absolutely the best! I needed to have a shower door repaired as it was not closing properly. Luis called me back promptly and came the same day, even though it was not an emergency. He even called me 30 mins prior to arrival. I was having trouble with the shower door for some time and the first company that came out a few months ago tried to sell me an entire new shower door & frame. I definitely did not want that. The shower door would not close tightly unless I slammed it shut but I knew it just needs repair, not replacement. But according to some of the other guys, I needed a brand new shower. Luis came and fixed it in an hour! He is fast, efficient, but most of all, thorough. He took off the entire frame and fixed whatever needs to be fixed. It wasn’t as simple as tighten one loose screw. (That’s what my idiot ex-husband said it needed. Yet the ex was not able to fix it after several attempts). Anyways, Luis’ workmanship is excellent. He cleaned up after he finished. I did not ask him how much it would cost beforehand because I was so just so happy to hear that he can fix it. And it was just only $130!!!!! He is just an honest working man and did not try to sell me anything I don’t need or charge an arm and a leg. Also, he said he can do all sorts of home repairs. As mentioned earlier I am a property manager and he just made my day. I will be calling him for everything now. He does air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, etc. Luis truly is worth his weight in gold. Thank you so much, Luis! Dee"

When the repairman arrived he inspected the unit found the problem and when I agreed on the price he ordered the part. That was on Tuesday, Friday by noon the job was completed. Very happy with the work and would recommend them to anyone."

Luis managed to build a new rigid duct to an existing vent, and ensured the hood works flawlessly. Silvana is very responsive in replying to our questions, and patiently explains every details about our project. "David did an excellent job. A large window needed to be resealed and he also repaired the lower inside frame of the window. We had sustained water damage due to a 3 day storm with high winds and rain. David filled multiple cracks on the outside and over the window. He was polite, efficient and took the proper Covid procedures, which was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend him and the company."
