"I have called my Home Warranty because my heating system will not turn on, United Air Temp arrived and start replacing parts and took them around 2 weeks to tell me you need a new system I called the Home Warranty again and I asked them for a 2nd opinion, Yazd Mechanical came and told me the same thing, you need a new system. Now it's been a month without heat and luckily it wasn't that cold, I had to buy some portable heaters to get by. My colleague told me to call Diep from T&J Services, and I did, Diep told me that someone miss/ wrongly wired the system, he reconnected everything the way it supposed to be, changed a copastor/booster in the outside unit, and everything is working fine, Thanks Diep for an honest and affordable job. "This was a great experience from start to finish, beginning with the quote process through installation and walkthrough. 1) competitive pricing (military/Veteran discount was a plus) 2) quick and thorough communication 3) able to quote without on-site visit (probably depends on service) 4) great service technicians We needed our water heater replaced and requested quotes from three companies in the area (Mayday was most competitive. David , the service manager, provided a comprehensive quote without having to do an on-site. I had a few questions about the replacement model and whether they had a veteran or military discount, and David responded immediately. On the day of the install, the technicians communicated their arrival time in advance and actually arrived on time. They inspected the space, asked a few questions and communicated the entire process, including how long it would take. They finished well within their estimated time and walked me through the new system and left the space cleaner than when they got there. Overall, it was a great experience and would highly recommend them for water heater replacement."
