"Very happy so far with the furnace. Quick response time. Sales rep explained everything to me over the phone and gave me a quote... which I really liked because several other companies refused to give a quote over the phone and required an appointment be made, which I'm sure would be a huge sales pitch. They also quickly made an appointment to come by the house to confirm the estimate he gave me over the phone. The furnace we ended up going with was a better brand than other companies I talked to, and up to 1/2 the cost of some other quotes I received."
