"He worked on my two laptops for several hours and suggested that I not even bother with repairing the hard drive from the older one, since I did have the newer one. I am currently using the one he repaired (the top of the newer one was cracked and the power button has been knocked off-center.) I have other computers with other issues and will be bringing him back to work on them!"
