He took into consideration my budget and that I wished to keep the basic kitchen structure. He also quickly updated kitchen design when I told him of changes I wanted. He always kept me in the loop as work progressed, explaining what or why specific work was needed. Iâ m impressed that that heâ s a very experienced remodeling contractor and very skillful in all aspects: installing cabinets, countertops, backsplash, flooring, electrical and plumbing. "Kitchen remodel was a dream with Blaschke Home Improvements. I completely gutted my kitchen, and Clay was there every step of the way - he provided the new layout, and had amazing design suggestions. The remodel took 5 weeks. They showed up on time, and often put in extra time to keep the project on schedule. Clay stuck to the budget, there were no unexpected up charges. Loved working with Clay so much, he's now doing a bathroom remodel as well. I cannot recommend him enough!"

Also needed is a custom door that matches the current one, using the same hardware. Our insurance adjuster strongly encouraged this in order to maintain the historic characteristics of the house (we're in an historic district).
