"Boy, did I make the right decision in selecting HomeX to remodel my kitchen. Initially I only intended to have my cabinets repainted. Ben offered the option of nre pullout drawers ( I've got ten), new soft close hinges, and new handles. New quartz countertops, sink ,faucets and backslash resulted in a brand new kitchen in one week! I couldn't be happier with the result! Ben (the owner) was very easy to work with. All of his employees we're skilled at their various jobs. I recommend them without reservation!"

"Dave cares about the project and you as a customer and it makes all the difference when issues do come up. He listened and talked things through until I was happy. He also worked with strong subcontractors; I always felt they cared about their work and did their work honestly. I will recommend him to anyone needing remodeling or landscaping done."

"Performed a full remodel of the downstairs in 3 weeks, my wife and I could not be more pleased. The contractor was honest, professional, friendly, timely, and adaptable. Was even willing to suggest nice touches to improve the appearance of the kitchen remodel without charging more. I ended up reaching out again to fix a pesky roof leak that I had literally been trying to resolve for 10 years (about 4 different roofers had already tried and wasted thousands of dollars), sure enough he was able to cut open the drywall where the leak was and identify some exterior flashing ending on the wrong side of my stucco. Fixed it up in half a day and hose tested the leak."

"Ignacio and his team is very professional & responsive! Even after we had an issue with our shower head after the job was done, they were willing to come back and make sure it was done correctly. (Ended up being a shower head manufacturer issue). Would highly recommend!"

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
