"The owner of this business came out here with an assistant. Tommy Whitt always kept in contact with me by phone or text to let me know hen he would be coming over to our home. He was late in arriving, but it was because of our terrible traffic right before the Thanksgiving holiday! He made absolutely sure that he had the right parts to do the repair in our basement pipe that carried our water. He stood by his original estimate, which was very fair, and completed the job within a reasonable amount of time. It is nice having the owner show up! His manner was very professional and friendly."

He corrected installation errors from the previous installer and was available to me after the install should i have questions. He was kind and patient in what was a stressful situation due to other issues going on at the same time. I am forever grateful to Darrell."
