"We had Petkus Brother install our outside patio cover when we bought our new home. We were very happy with their work, so when we decided to enlarge our living room out to the patio area. We called Petkus Brother, after talking to Kevin Petkus he came up with a designed for new patio/living room, enclosed the patio area and removed original living room wall. Petkus Brother Engineer Mike kept me in the loop and if I had any issues Mike follow up it and would call me back with the answer. When the project started the first contractor and his hard working crew removed the old patio concrete pad in less than day and by the third day a new reinforced concrete pad and new patio area was poured and ready for building the walls. Petkus Brother’s carpenter Jeff (professional and very hard working) built the walls that enclosed the new living room, and then removed the old living room wall. All the contractor’s (Juan, Martin, David, Jose and Jerry) and there crew were all knowledge, professional and worked very hard to complete our living room project on time."
