"Paulo and his team at Santos Home Services provided outstanding services under extraordinary circumstances. I had a complete home remodel and initially hired a different contractor who did substandard work across the board. Paulo started by doing an assessment of the work, pointing out specific deficiencies and how he could address them. His team took only 1 month to demolish, remediate, and rebuild bathrooms, including installing new backer board, plumbing, wiring, flooring, fixtures, and finishing tile. I travel a lot and trusted Paulo completely to secure and take care of my home and manage his team. Paulo was highly organized. His communication was excellent. "It was wonderful to work with the Grout Medic. The owner, Nick is professional, hard working and very honest. His follow up is impeccable. We worked with Nick to clean the grout in our master bathroom and shower. The job was done by Miguel, who was fantastic. The shower and master bathroom floor hasn’t looked this good in 10 years. Miguel is skilled, meticulous with his work and very neat. A week after the cleaning we ran into a problem with the grout in our shower. It appeared to be builder grade grout of poor quality which needed to be removed and replaced. Nick went to a good deal of effort to figure out what the problem was with the grout so that we would not have to redo this over and over again. Miguel replaced all the grout in the shower and it looks wonderful. It was great working with both Nick and Miguel and I would truly recommend the Grout Medic to anybody."
