"I needed to have my 4 skylights sealed. Mike from Grendi Construction contacted me and explained that he could come and review the skylights and make a recommendation to seal or change. He was able to seal the skylights for me and gave me a quote for replacing the skylights in the future if I needed. When Mike fixed my skylight issue, I showed him another job to fix a window something that I had been postponing for a while. Mike gave me a reasonable quote, came the next day and completed the window work in a couple of hours. Very professional, timely and reasonable."

Additionally, the electrical wire from the street was at a bad angle and pulled on my roof shingle. Dori from Premium Exteriors came up with a great solution - he installed a beautiful metal mast (secured to the rafters) with porcelain anchor points for the wires coming from the street; Rotten fascia was replaced and nobody will be drilling anything into it going forward. PSEG guys liked this solution... Electrical inspector liked the solution. I think it was well worth the price."
