We didn't want to use the gutter guards that he first showed us so he brought other gutter guard samples to us to choose from. One of the newly installed downspouts was dented already when I walked around to look at the work before he left, & he apologized & fixed it right away. He had the lowest bid of the ones we obtained so we were a bit skeptical at first, to go with the lowest bid, but it worked out well as he did great work."
