"I'm very pleased with the results. This job was actually for a replacement of an heat pump and air handler. The communication was excellent. The work was started and completed shortly after accepting the quote. Tyson included items that other quotes did not. (bringing system up to code, new electrical wires and boxes, new pvc, correcting duct angles, more efficient plenums, etc.) so there were no surprise costs. Although the install took longer then expected, the crew worked until it was correct and completed, then they did a thorough clean up! Tyson helped his crew, and even came back the next day to replace a faulty thermostat and do a QC to verify all was right. He took his time to explain the process and the equipment. The finished product has a very neat and clean appearance. I appreciated their attention to detail. Airway is highly recommended!!!"
