Then install new wood flooring that required weaving into the existing flooring from my living room and dining room. The 2 companies I called prior wanted nothing to do with the removal/demo work. When I called Fabricio flooring they said we can do it all. Had a free consultation with the owner who walked through the house to answer all my questions and provide his knowledge and insight. His estimate for the job wasn?t just a number, he broke down every aspect of the job with a price leaving nothing to be questioned. I agreed and we set a date. They preformed a pre walk through before the job started to make sure everything was set. Can?t say enough about the politeness of his crew. "Ini and his crew were GREAT! Even though I hired them for tile work, they were able to fix what my framers messed up when framing for the fireplace insert. Joe and Jose were able to get creative with installing the recessed trim around the double sided fireplace. Jose did top notch quality work and followed all of the house instructions like making sure the door was closed as he went in and out to cut tile, him and his helpers kept their mask on the entire time, and they cleaned up after themselves at the end of every workday. Jose also did a phenomenal job installing the pencil tile around the rain head and cutting 45’s in the corners so that the installation would look clean. He even hid the seams of the cuts with a white caulk so that the pieces would look continuous. Overall Ini and his team did an excellent job for an affordable and fair price. Definitely will refer them to others in the future and I’ll be using them again for my next major tile project!"
