He had to come twice as Tenant was a no show 1st time, He came again found the source of the leak (a leaky faucet in upstairs Bath). Gave a fair estimate an repaired the ceiling an replaced faucet. "I used Terry to do remodel of my guest bathroom and my master bathroom. His price was better than other bidders. He is very reliable and delivers quality work. He self performs the carpentry/ finishing work, tile installation, relocation of electrical and installation of towel racks/accessories. He schedules other trades ( plumber & electrician ) along with coordination and work scope definition. He does not charge martial or labor markup for this coordination. I was pleased with quality of work and schedule for completion."

"I hired Jorge originally to lay a Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) floor durning my kitchen and dinning room remodeling project. The remodel project took a lot longer than I expected so while I was waiting, I hired Jorge to lay a Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) floor in my living room. I thought since it was a smaller project and I could evaluate his work on that project first. WOW!!! He and his crew did a FANTASTIC job!!!! He was professional, on time, did quality work, and even cleaned up after the job was done. I was VERY satisfied with his work. So much so, that I decided to definitely have him back to lay the LVT in the dinning room and kitchen when the time came. The second job was a more technically challenging as I wanted the LVT laid in a 45 degree angle (Diamond pattern). This required many more cuts and work to lay it all out. Once again, Jorge did an FANTASTIC job. He was professional, conscientious, skilled and adept. He showed up on time and really did a quality job. I absolutely LOVE how well my kitchen floor turned out!!!! Finally, I had Jorge back a 3rd time to reclaim a flagstone floor in my sunroom. It was in pretty bad shape. First thing Jorge did was thoroughly clean and prep the flagstone floor. Then he used a self leveling cement to fill in several places where the cement around the stones had broken loose and were missing. Last, he used a beautiful high gloss sealant to reseal the stone floor. It turned out gorgeous! As with the first two jobs, Jorge was on time, professional, and did an incredible job. I will be having him back when I am ready to reclaim the wood floors in my house! I would highly recommend Jorge and his company to anyone looking for flooring work at an incredible price. He does very high quality work and does not charge stupid money. If I could attach photos I would! He did a beautiful job!!!"
