I was very pleased with Gio's confidence and ability to manage the trim replacement around our second story deck. His team removed gutters in order to replace the trim. Then, they painted the gutters and reinstalled them. I was also pleased with Gio's experience using the Sherwin Williams Emerald Rain Refresh paint. "Can't speak highly enough of Tom and his crew, Tommy, Chris and Tyler. There work was exceptional and they did a great job explaining the details on the project and expectations. These guys are craftsman who specialize in hardwood floors. Every phase of the project from removing the carpet, weaving in the new wood with the old floors, sanding, filling in the poors to final finish was done with exceptional attention to detail and professionalism. They demonstrated great patience as I waffled on the floor finish and walked me through the merits of going with a satin or semi-gloss top coat. The results were exactly what I wanted. Stain was a perfect complement to the stairs and cabinets. My biggest concern was not being able to tell where the new wood ended and the old wood floor started. It looks like it was all installed at the same time. I cannot recommend With the Grain Professional strongly enough."

"I solicited detailed quotes from 3 different contractors and ultimately selected M&B Construction to remodel a former storage room into a fully finished home gym space. Of the 3 quotes I received; M&Bâ s proposal was the most competitive. My project required light demolition, extensive framing, some HVAC, electrical, drywall, paint and flooring. "Excellent quality work and materials for what I paid. They finished on time, reinstalled toilets that they removed to properly install tile. Cleaned up after themselves, like they had never been there. Replaced the washer and dryer without scratching the newly installed tiles. Overall, did a excellent job.
