"Needed a master bathroom renovation, tiled shower & floor. Put in a request on a Monday and immediately received a call within two hours for contractor to review the project. Mark came out and looked at the job. Next day I received a written estimate. The following Monday work began and was completed in a week. Response and communication were excellent. Mark is flexible, knowledgeable, very meticulous in his work, great attention to detail, came up with some great recommendations and responded well to a curve ball two days into the project. I asked about installing floor heating under the tile. If he was a bit hesitant about doing it, I would have understood and passed.
