Mark has great attention to detail and very professional. He did fix any mistakes that came up promptly. Didn't wipe down showers (we had 3 done) after so there is grout haze. If anything was missing or short, he did communicate this. Took him about 50 hrs per tiled shower so felt he rushed at end of job during our build so little things were missed but he did come back to finish up everything. Would recommend!

I would give him a 10 star rating! He did 2 jobs for us. Kitchen backsplash and a tiled shower. Both look great... so professional ! He takes such pride in his work and making sure the customer is a happy. We highly recommend him!
